The situation

WHERE THEY
WERE.

DJS Taxis is one of the largest taxi firms in North Lincolnshire. Their old website was a dated template build with real performance problems, and it showed. The footer email was still the website builder's placeholder address. The only way to book online was to download an app first.

They did not need a prettier brochure. They needed booking infrastructure: a site people could actually book through, tied straight into their dispatch system, with a chatbot handling the questions that used to tie up the phones.

The rebuild

A full modern redesign on djsscunthorpecars.co.uk. Fast, clean, mobile-first, built around one job: getting a booking started in seconds. The old djtaxis.co.uk now redirects to it.

Custom web booker

A proper booking flow integrated with the Autocab dispatch system. Pickup, destination, ASAP or scheduled, passengers, luggage, instant prices. No app download required.

Booking chatbot

A chatbot that handles booking queries and common questions, taking routine load off the control room phones.

The migration

Domain move handled with a permanent redirect from the old domain, required by taxi licensing rules. Existing search presence carried across instead of thrown away.
